Explore the benefits of increasing your physical activity for improving your overall well-being

February is Be Active Month and as part of the University of Saskatchewan's Wellness Strategy, there are several exciting events and opportunities happening in our facilities, including:

Winter Cycling Clinic

Matt Wolsfeld, winter cycling guru and a member of the Office of Sustainability team, led the Winter Cycling Clinic today in the PAC. This was a terrific opportunity to learn more about the equipment, attire, and practices that people can employ to make winter cycling easy, fun, and rewarding.

Try It Tuesday

Come to the PAC for FREE on Try it Tuesday during the month of February. Or if you're a regular member, encourage friends and family to join you for a workout.

During this time you can meet the staff, get a free tour of the space, take a fitness class and use the equipment or walking track.
