Kinesiology Graduate Student Support Services

Graduate students have access to a variety of supports within the College of Kinesiology and campus-wide. Whether you are looking for academic advising, tutoring, or mental health support we have qualified professionals in our College dedicated to you.

Campus-wide Support Services

  • A team of Social Workers responsible for mental health intake, early alerts, student outreach, crisis response, psycho-educational groups, and consultation to faculty, staff, and students who are concerned about a student is available through the Student Affairs and Outreach office located on the 3rd floor of Place Riel.

  • The SECC contributes to student success by empowering students with the necessary tools, resources and supports to make a successful transition from education to career.

  • The Gordon Oakes Red Bear Student Centre recognizes that students may be overwhlemed within the university setting and prides itself on creating a community within the centre and supporting students in as many ways as possible. 

  • A healthy mind provides the emotional energy and clarity to approach and manage life with optimism and resilience.
