Previous Postings:
2002-2006, Research Assistant, Dept. of Mechanical and Material Engineering, Queen’s University
1997-2002, Research Engineer, McPhail Equine Performance Center, Michigan State University
1996-1997, Research Assistant, Dept. of Veterinary Anatomy, University of Saskatchewan
Research Interests:
The overall goal of my research is to increase understanding of musculoskeletal mechanics during dynamic activities through the development and application of state-of-the-art biomechanical analysis techniques. In my research, I utilize a combination of experimental studies and computational modelling.
Current projects include modelling of orthopaedic implants, characterizing equine locomotion, and investigating the effects of body type on musculoskeletal biomechanics.
