Dr. Drinkwater’s primary research is the assessment of human body composition. Of interest are changes with respect to growth, diet, and activity on adipose tissue, muscle and bone development in children.

Research Interests
He is also interested in the relationships of diet and activity with respect to obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis in older adults.
Currently, Dr. Drinkwater is interested in evaluating the efficacy of on-site physical activity programs for Seniors.
