The PAC
The Physical Activity Centre (PAC) features a triple-gymnasium and offers students/members free activity drop in time and is also available for rent for both university and non-university organizations.
Hours - We’re open 6:30am to 11:00pm 7 days/week. Hours may vary during holidays and May - August. See more
What we offer:
Fitness Centre - All the equipment you’ll need for a complete workout in over 1,500 square metres of space. Trained professional staff will be on hand to assist you with your program. See more
Walk/Jog Track - 210 metre four lane recreational track for our members acts as a mezzanine and entrance point for spectators attending PAC gymnasium events.
Climbing Wall - 12 metre high ‘natural’ wall with 6 independent routes trained professional staff to ensure your climbing experience is enjoyable.
Dance Studio - Our dance studio is complete with stage lighting, sound system, and spectator seating. For information on dance programs. See more
Racquetball / Squash Courts - Four courts are available to members who can book a week in advance on-line or in-person.
Swimming Pool - Our junior olympic dimension pool provides a wide variety of water programs including Red Cross and Life Saving Society Lessons and Leadership Course, Kayak Club, and membership swims. See more
